CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of essential remedial works to upper reservoir spillway to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 312 (Bradford West) and Public Footpath No 313 (Bradford West), Chellow Heights has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed as follows:-Public Footpath No 312 (Bradford West) - in the length of Public Footpath No 312 (Bradford West) from its junction with Public Footpath No 313 (Bradford West) to the south of the upper reservoir to its junction with Public Footpath No 313 (Bradford West) at the north east corner of the upper reservoir. Public Footpath No 313 (Bradford West) - in the length of Public Footpath No 313 (Bradford West) from its junction with Public Footpath No 312 (Bradford West) at the south east corner ofthe upper reservoir to its junction with Public Footpath No 316 (Bradford West)
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on or near to the said lengths of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the Order will be available via
Bradford West 313 (unaffected section) and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 3rd October 2016 and remains in
force until 4th May 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to
six months if necessary).
