A BROKEN down vehicle is causing heavy traffic on the M62 this morning rush hour.
The vehicle broke down on the M62 Eastbound between J26 (Chain Bar) and J27 (Gildersome) this morning, and has led to traffic congestion as far as J24 (Ainley Top).
Lane three of the motorway is currently blocked due to the break down, and there are also reports of an accident in the queue.
