A STRETCH of motorway in Bradford is reopening after both north and southbound carriageways were closed when lorry overturned this afternoon.
Motorists are told to expect continued delays as the traffic begins to move.
The lorry overturned just after 4.35pm, between junction three/A6036 Rooley Avenue/A6177 Rooley Lane Staithgate Lane (Staygate Roundabout) and M62 junction 26/A58 (Chain Bar).
Congestion is currently on Burnham Avenue to A6177 Rooley Lane/Bierley Lane (Bierley roundabout).
No injuries have been reported in the incident.
Closures in both directions were required as recovery of the lorry went ahead. The carriageways opened between 6pm and 6.30pm.
Commuters are told to expext delays for some time.
