A BROKEN-down vehicle has closed one lane on the M62 westbound and is causing traffic congestion.
The vehicle is stuck between Junction 26 of the M606 to the A58 (Chain Bar) and Junction 25 to the A644 (Brighouse). The motorway is down to three lanes in that area and commuters are asked to allow extra time.
