MULTIPLE emergency vehicles were called to an incident involving off-road bikes and a car in Wrose Avenue, Wrose, late this afternoon.
Witness reports described how up to four ambulances and police cars were at the scene, where it is believed there has been a collision between a bike and a car, leaving two people injured.
Susan McAvoy, who runs the nearby Cake Couture shop, said the area has been cordoned off by police.
She said: "There is a police car in the forecourt of my shop and outside on the road, and ambulances and more cars further down the road."
Another witness, who asked to remain anonymous, said: "I was walking down the street when I saw the incident, and called for an ambulance, and an emergency responder was on the scene in five minutes."
A spokesman for Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team: "Enquiries are ongoing into a road traffic collision in Wrose Road."
