TERRY Dolan has stepped up to become director of football at Park Avenue.
The former City boss, a director at the club since November, has taken up the new role as Avenue attempt to rebuild the pyramid within the club.
Dolan’s role will also include developing the community-led academy which they aim to set up this summer.
Avenue hope to announce a decision on the manager’s position within the next week. Further discussions are still taking place.
Darren Edmondson was in interim charge at the end of last season and remains favourite for the job.
