BRADFORD Council will be carrying out works on a major city centre road next week.
Work will be carried out in Kirkgate from Wednesday, June 1, until Friday, June 3, to install a new water supply in the street.
An authority spokesman said pedestrian access to the street would be maintained at all times, as would access for emergency vehicles.
However, there will be no access for other vehicles and no alternative routes are available.
While work is only scheduled to last three days, the permit allows works for up to 18 months.
