A BRADFORD teenager has pleaded guilty to two armed robberies at the NatWest bank in Wibsey.
Ahmad Junaid, 18, of Hope Avenue, Bankfoot, Bradford, appeared before Bradford Crown Court today and admitted robbing the bank in Fair Road on October 30 last year.
He also pleaded guilty to attempted robbery at the bank on December 2, and two charges of possessing an imitation firearm.
Junaid, an aviation student, was remanded back into custody and will be sentenced on June 7.
The aviation student was set to stand trial on Monday.
Bank bosses decided to permanently close the branch, to protect staff and customers, after carrying out a security review following the two incidents.
