TWO lanes of the M62 near Bradford that were closed following a crash between three cars, a van and a lorry have re-opened.
The collision happened on the eastbound carriageway between junctions 26 (Chain Bar) and 27 (Gildersome) at about 7.15am today.
Highways England and police said lanes three and four were closed as a result of the crash and that traffic was queuing back to junction 24 at Ainley Top.
The lanes were re-opened, and the vehicles moved from the carriageway, at about 9am, said Highways England.
Traffic also built up on the westbound carriageway as drivers slowed down to look at the crash.
Police said no-one was injured. The vehicles involved were a black BMW, a black Peugeot 308, a grey Renault Clio, a black Citroen Berlingo van, and a Mercedes lorry.
Adjoining routes in the Brighouse area are also congested.
