Driver taken to hospital after crash on bypass
AN elderly driver has been taken to hospital after he blacked out while driving on the Bingley bypass.
The man was in a small blue hatchback car when he blacked out and collided with another car at around 7.20 this evening.
Police said damage to the cars was minor. The incident is thought to have happened on a sliproad near to Bingley town centre.
The elderly man was taken to hospital, although he was not injured.
Police and recovery vehicles attended the scene.
