Police are investigating
DETECTIVES are investigating the reported rape of a woman at a flat in Manningham, Bradford.
It is understood the woman caught a cab in Bradford city centre after a night out with friends on Saturday and was found at the address in Manningham. Her handbag and purse are thought to have been found in the city centre after she was reported missing.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said yesterday: "Police are investigating an alleged serious sexual assault in Bradford against a 22-year-old woman.
"The incident is reported to have occurred at an address in the Manningham area in the early hours of Sunday morning.
"A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and is on police bail. Inquiries are ongoing."
