A SPEED-DATING event with a difference will see senior politicians trying to win the hearts and minds of members of the public.
Bradford's Politics in the Pub group has decided to try something a little different for its Valentine's Special.
The political speed dating event will see Labour MP for Bradford West, Naz Shah (pictured), Bradford Council's Labour leader Councillor David Green, Conservative group leader Councillor Simon Cooke, UKIP Bradford chairman Jason Smith, Green party councillor Hawarun Hussain and a host of others try to persuade people that their party has the right approach on the issues that matter.
Around a dozen political figures will be taking part in all, including others from the Co-operative Party and Yorkshire First.
The event is on February 17 at 7pm at Glyde House, Glydegate, Little Horton Lane, Bradford.
Places are free but must be booked by visiting eventbrite.co.uk.
