A 37-YEAR-OLD woman is to stand trial on February 10 accused of endangering neighbours by setting fire to a Bradford house.
Tammy-Anne Rhodes, of Stuart Court, Swarland Grove, Little Horton, Bradford, today appeared before Bradford Crown Court on a video link to Newhall Prison.
She denies arson at an address in Hawes Avenue, Wibsey, Bradford, on September 22, being reckless as to whether property would be destroyed or damaged, and being reckless as to whether the lives of next door neighbours would be endangered.
Rhodes also pleads not guilty to entering the property with intent to steal.
Her barrister Michael Collins told the court that her defence was that she did not start a fire and never intended any dishonesty.
