Police have revealed that a relative of the Bradford family of seven reported missing yesterday has also not been seen for several months.
West Yorkshire Police held a press conference regarding its investigation into the Ameen family - Imran, 39, Farzana, 40, and their five children, aged between five and 15.
The family is believed to be in Turkey and police are working on the assumption they may be travelling to Syria or Iraq.
Assistant Chief Constable Russ Foster revealed that Mr Ameen’s brother, Rehan Ameen, travelled to Turkey in July and has not been seen since.

Detectives are considering whether the family has travelled to Syria or Iraq as part of their probe.
