A FATHER and son charged with possession of a shortened double-barrel shotgun after an incident at a Bradford firm have had their cases adjourned until November 6.
David Nichols, 61, and Christopher Nichols, 33, were arrested following a disturbance at Clean Green Upgrades in Barnard Road, West Bowling, on August 17.
Both are accused of possessing a firearm with intent to cause Gavin Page to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him.
David Nichols, of Busfield Street, East Bowling, Bradford, and Christopher Nichols, of Bierley Lane, Bierley, Bradford, will next appear at Leeds Crown Court at a directions hearing.
They were remanded back into custody at Bradford Crown Court today.
