A 40-YEAR-OLD man will appear at Bradford Crown Court on September 15 accused of growing cannabis with a street value of up to £17,500.
Gordon Linder, of Fleece Street, Keighley, was allegedly caught with 42 cannabis plants at an address in Victoria Road in the town on June 3.
He appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court yesterday charged with production of a controlled drug of Class B.
Linder, who says the plants were for his own use, was granted bail.
