A MAN remains in hospital with head injuries, after a street brawl on Tuesday.

The 33-year-old man is in a stable condition, and the police are now trying to establish whether his injuries are linked to a street fight in Thornbury, which left vehicles damaged.

Officers had been called to the fight, at Kershaw Street, at 5.55pm that day.

Det Insp Andy Howard, from Bradford District CID, said: "Officers attended and found a number of vehicles had been damaged in the incident.

"It was later reported that a 33-year-old man had been taken to hospital with a head injury.

"He remains in hospital at this time in a stable condition.

"Enquiries are ongoing to establish if the injury is linked to the incident and the circumstances around the fight."

Officers said there had been no reports of firearms having been used in the incident.
