THE opening of a new Bavarian-style bar in Bradford's West End has been delayed by a week, its owners have confirmed.
The Stein Bierkeller, on Randell Well Street, had been due to open tomorrow, but the date has now been put back to August 29 due to delays in finishing the final building work.
The bar is one of four venues making up a new £1.2 million development in the former Windsor Baths building, backed by funding from Bradford Council's City Centre Growth Zone funding.
An Oompah show is set to be one of the highlights of the launch night, with doors opening at 5pm.
Bierkeller director Rob Halliday said: "We are expecting a great turnout in Bradford as there’s such a buzz building up around the re-emerging leisure scene in the city right now.
"We are really excited to be a part of it."
