A 40-YEAR-OLD Bradford man, accused of raping two young girls, will face trial later this year.
Abid Hussain, of Fitzroy Road, Barkerend, pleaded not guilty to four charges of rape and one of sexual assault, when he appeared at Bradford Crown Court today.
The charges relate to two girls, aged 14 and 15 at the time of the allegations in May this year, and are alleged to have taken place at an address in Keighley.
Hussain's barrister, Yunus Valli, said his client's defence would be the same as in his police interview, that sex was consensual and he believed both girls were 17.
Mr Valli did not apply for bail and Hussain was further remanded in custody until his trial on November 9.
