A MAN and a woman were arrested after police stopped a vehicle in Bradford.
Officers asked the driver of a silver Honda Accord to stop in Barkerend Road, Barkerend, on Monday evening, but he drove off into Byron Street, where he got out and ran off. He was pursued and detained in Mavis Street.
Police said yesterday a 42-year-old man had been arrested for having no insurance or licence, and immigration offences.
His 38-year-old female passenger was also arrested for obstructing a police constable.
The vehicle was seized by police.
