PLANS for a city centre gym only yards from the Westfield development have been submitted to Bradford Council.
Arndale House in Broadway will be transformed into a development of new shops, restaurants, flats and a gym in the coming months.
Existing shops, Bright House, Greggs and Bon Marche, will be given new, improved premises in the development.
As previously reported in the Telegraph & Argus, the public gym will occupy the first flood of the development, and now plans for the gym have been submitted to Bradford Council.
The gym would take up 1,744 square metres for the first floor, and have access from the ground floor on Charles Street.
The application, by Rawson Quarter LLP, will be decided in September.
