TWO men raped a 23-year-old woman in an unoccupied Bradford house after she had drunk vodka and smoked cannabis, a jury heard.

The factory workers targeted and exploited her because they knew she was drinking too much at the time, it is alleged.

Yassir Mehmood, 32, is accused of raping her while Yasir Mahmood, 30, held her down by her arms.

Mahmood is then said to have forced himself on her.

They both deny the charges, the jury at Bradford Crown Court was told today.

Prosecutor Andrew Dallas said the alleged rapes took place at a location unknown to the woman in the Bradford area on October 17, 2013.

She was not from the city and was unable to tell the police where the men took her, except that it was a mid terrace house.

Mr Dallas said she had consensual sex with Mehmood, of Moorside End, Dewsbury Moor, about eight months before the alleged rapes.

Mahmood, of Hill Top Estate, Kilpin Hill, Heckmondwike, was a stranger to her.

The woman was taken to Bradford after getting into a green car driven by Mahmood at about 3.30pm, the court was told.

She took a bottle of vodka and a cup with her.

The men were allegedly smoking cannabis and she had a few puffs and felt dizzy.

They were listening to music on the journey and she drunk vodka and lemonade.

Mr Dallas said they stopped at a cricket club in Bradford so she could use the toilet.

Mehmood then poured her more vodka, knowing she was unable to resist it, it is alleged.

He then leaned forward from the back seat and groped her breasts, she told the police.

When they got to the house, the woman says she was told to shut up and Mahmood punched her in the face, knocking her to the floor.

She says he grabbed her arms and held her down while Mehmood raped her.

It is alleged that Mahmood then raped the tearful woman, after calling her a bitch.

"She was crying and asking him to get off her. He pulled her hair and then said: "Pull your pants up you slag," Mr Dallas said.

The men dropped her off near her home at 9pm.

She was "hysterical and inconsolable" and made an immediate complaint of rape.

The jury heard she was taken by ambulance to hospital. She had marks to her face and bruising to her arms and legs.

DNA found on her was a match to Mahmood.

After their arrests both men told the police the sex was consensual and that the woman made the first advances after saying she wanted to "chill" with them.

The trial continues.
