A REMATCH of last year's Moorhouse Shield final takes place on Thursday night as holders Great Horton Conservative Club take on Clayton Rugby Club in billiards' showpiece event.
Clayton have enjoyed success in the South Bradford Billiards league over the last six years, winning the title five times and finishing runners-up in the other year, but Great Horton are looking for their third consecutive Moorhouse title in what should be an excellent encounter.
The match starts at 7.45pm at Chapel Green Liberal Club and spectators are welcome.
Players yet to play their matches in the second round of the Bradford Snooker Handicap are reminded that the deadline for completing these is Sunday and results are to be sent to Tournament Director Eddie Ratcliffe (07790-379832) as soon as possible.
