A RECRUITMENT firm in Bradford City Centre has been inundated with potential clients after appearing on a fly on the wall Channel 4 documentary.

Cameras documented six months of day to day activity at Candelisa People on North Parade, and last night the first in a series of four episodes of The Job Centre premiered.

Manager Jane Vincent told the Telegraph & Argus that within a few hours of the show premièring 230 people had emailed her their CV looking for work.

The company had welcomed the camera crews from 7am to 7pm for six months. She said: "We didn't have editorial control, but I've seen the first three episodes. They are working on the fourth at the moment and I'll see it before it airs.

"We knew they'd edit it to make it funny and watchable, but we genuinely do get all sorts of characters walk through our doors. They are not going to show the whole process of filling in forms and getting references."

She has been happy with most of the response so far, although she said there have been a few "trolls" on social media criticising the show.
