Five arrested after brawl outside hairdressers salon
FIVE people have been arrested after a brawl outside a newly-opened city centre hair salon.
The incident took place on Monday afternoon outside Philip Martin's salon in Cheapside opposite the Midland Hotel.
Police confirmed they attended the incident at 2.30pm and arrested five people, two women, aged 18 and 41, and three men, aged 24, 31, and 32, on suspicion of affray.
They were all released on bail later that day.
A police spokesman said: "Inquiries are ongoing".
