An elderly passenger was injured in an accident at Cottingley
A road in Cottingley was closed this evening following a crash which left an elderly passenger injured.
Details of the circumstances remained unclear, but Cottingley Moor Road was closed near the primary school while the injured person was attended to.
West Yorkshire Police said the injuries were not expected to prove fatal and the road was re-opened tonight.
