Aggressive motorist who honked horn 'excessively' is given police warning
A MAN who drove aggressively down Great Horton Road, Bradford, and honked his horn "excessively" has been given a police warning.
The man was spotted by officers on Saturday, and the car's details recorded. It was later discovered to be a rented car, and after working with the car hire company, the driver was traced.
He was given a section 59 warning, meaning that if he uses a vehicle in an anti-social manner in the next 12 months he could see that vehicle seized.
