A BRAWL between two women in a Bradford street has left one of them in hospital with a fractured skull.
Police said a 22-year-old had suffered "serious head injuries" in the incident, which took place shortly after 3am today in Sackville Street in Bradford city centre.
She was said to be in a stable condition in Bradford Royal Infirmary, having also received treatment for a bleed on the brain.
Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A 20-year-old woman, who was arrested in connection with the incident, remains in police custody.
It is unclear at this stage how the woman suffered her injuries, but police have confirmed that no weapons had been involved.
Witnesses have been asked to contact Bradford District Police on 101.
