Bolton: construction of two-storey side and rear extension with porch to front, 9 Ardennes Close.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: change of use of Catton Woods from agricultural use to a paintballing leisure facility, land at grid ref 415298 446591 Sun Lane.

City centre: a hybrid application for full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings and principle means of access from Canal Road; and outline planning permission (with all matters reserved except for means of access) for a residential led mixed use development comprising residential use (use class C3), a new local centre (use classes A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5), retirement (C2), primary school (D1), crèche/nursery (D1), health centre (D1), leisure uses (D2), petrol station and car showroom (suis generis), 3G sports pitch and associated open space and infrastructure, land off Canal Road.

City centre: display of two static fascia signs, 30 Kirkgate.

City centre: installation of new shopfront, new entrance sign and internal alterations, 10 Sunbridge Road.
