TWO car passengers were taken to hospital on Friday night after their vehicle crashed into the back of a bus.
The incident happened just before 10pm at the Plantations, off Huddersfield Road in Wyke. It involved a bus, the 625 to Baildon, and a grey golf. The bus was stationary at a bus stop with passengers getting on when the car hit it from behind.
None of the 15 passengers or the bus driver were thought to have been seriously injured in the crash, although two men in the car were were said to be unconscious shortly after.
Fire crews from Bradford, Odsal and Cleckheaton attended, as well as a rapid response vehicle and two ambulances. Once the two men were removed from the car they were rushed to Bradford Royal Infirmary, although their injuries are thought to be minor.
