SHOW STOPPER: Jodie Prenger as Calamity Jane is set to ride into town
THE Deadwood stage will be roaring into Bradford early next year, when Wild West musical Calamity Jane comes to town.
The new production of the popular show stars Jodie Prenger in the title role of Calamity Jane alongside former Emmerdale star Tom Lister as Wild Bill Hickok.
With an Oscar-nominated score that includes The Deadwood Stage (Whip-Crack-Away), Just Blew In From The Windy City and Secret Love, the show blows into Bradford for a week to open the spring 2015 season.
Jodie Prenger is best known for winning the role of Nancy in Oliver! through the TV series I’d Do Anything.
