FOUR plots of land currently owned by Bradford Council are to go under the hammer later this month at an auction being held in Leeds.
The lots are: 0.28 acres of land at Leicester Street, East Bowling, Bradford, with a guide price of £12,000 plus, which includes two garages; 5.86 acres of agricultural grazing land at Denton Road, Ilkley, with a guide of £30,000 - £40,000; a parcel of vacant land at Park Road, Thackley, amounting to 271.29 sq yds; land at Moor Park Road, Bradford Moor, with four garages and two vacant garage plots, amounting to 151.06 sq yds.
The auction takes place on Tuesday, October 21, from noon, at Leeds United Football Club.
