A BRADFORD man attacked by two dogs said he is now recovering from his ordeal, and has had what he hopes is the last of his operations.
Lee Flatt, 35 was rushed to hospital after being attacked by two American pit bulls in Buttershaw Drive on September 17. Neighbours had helped fight off the dogs, giving Lee a chance to escape.
Police captured the dogs after the incident, at 7.30am, and are still investigating the details of the attack.
Dad-of-three Mr Flatt has undergone operations to drain his wounds, and remained in hospital last night.
He said: "I'm feeling better, but I'm still coming to terms with what happened. They've open the wounds and have been cleaning them out. I've got a drain on them now.
"The doctors think I'll make a full recovery."
