ARSONISTS returned for a second time to attack a distinctive Subaru car early today.
Last Monday hundreds of pounds damage was caused to the silver Impreza which had petrol poured over it and was set alight at 2.30am outside the home of its owners, Sajid and Shaheen Mahmood, in Glendare Road, Lidget Green, Bradford.
And at 2am today two men were spotted running away from the car as it burst into flames under the bonnet.
Firefighters from Fairweather Green station attended the incident, but the car suffered severe damage.
It appeared flammable fluid was poured into the engine bay and set alight.
The arson attacks happened only weeks after the silver car, which has eye-catching paintwork, was deliberately rammed and the windscreen smashed with a hammer.
Police are investigating links between all three attacks on the vehicle.
