A 36-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in relation to an armed robbery when two men were threatened with axes.
Police are still hunting two other men they think were also involved in the incident which happened on Eldon Place, near Manningham Lane Retail Park, at 2.10pm.
The man has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
A red Ford Focus, which was carrying cash to a local business, was rammed by a silver Citroen Berlingo, bringing both cars to a stop.
Two men reportedly jumped out of the second car and threatened their victims with axes.
The pair took the money and sped off along Manningham Road. The car was later abandoned on Newport Place, and three people were seen running from it.
