CUSTOMERS of Northern Rail can meet the manager behind their service at a session at Ilkley station on Friday.
The company is holding the session - where people can ask questions and have a say on services - as part of a series of open meetings with station managers.
A Northern Rail spokesman said: "It's really important to us that we stay in touch with our customers and we find our meet-the-manager sessions a great way to do this."
The meeting is between 7.30am and 9.30am.
