A Bradford bus driver is ferrying athletes, officials, spectators and the media around at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Aftab Ahmed is one of 700 drivers from First Bus who volunteered to be a part of the Scottish spectacular.
The 34-year-old will be taking people to various sites, including Ibrox stadium, the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and the Cathkin Braes mountain bike trails.
Aftab, who lives in Heaton with his wife and three children, said: "I’m proud to be part of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and proud to represent First. We’ll be going all out to set new driving and customer service Personal Bests.
"I volunteered to be part of this great event for my nation and my company First, and to see first-hand what is involved in organising such a great event."
Barry Jones, operations manager of First in Bradford, said: "FirstGroup’s bus and rail services will play an integral part in the success of Glasgow 2014. I’m delighted that Aftab and a number of West Yorkshire drivers are to be part of the First team this summer and I’ve no doubt they will act as fine ambassadors for First."
