A 16-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl were walking in Queens Road, Manningham, at about 11.50pm on Wednesday, June 11, when they were approached by two men who threatened them with violence.
The men took a mobile device off them, but left the scene after being disturbed.
The wanted man is Asian and in his late teens or early 20s.
He is about 5ft 3ins tall, of large build, with close cropped black hair and was wearing black tracksuit bottoms, black trainers and a black 'Barbour' style quilted jacket.

A 19-year-old man has been charged with robbery and will appear in court later.
