A team of "inspirational" people have spent a day at a Bradford school offering advice to pupils and providing an action packed assembly.
Year 8 students at Grange Technology College in Wibsey enjoyed an end of year celebration with a difference as they were visited by respected teacher Ralph Henderson, freestyle footballer Colin Nell, freestyle basket ball star Tarryn Algar and parkour performer Connor Stringer, who all performed in a high tempo assembly.
It was followed by workshops and coaching sessions led by the three world stars.
The event, held on Friday, was a reward for their efforts during the year.
Mr Henderson, said “We have worked in numerous schools throughout the country, all of which have special qualities. From the moment of our arrival we appreciated what a special place Grange is with a wonderful ambience and purpose. It was a real privilege to attend today and receive such a splendid reception. It was certainly a very memorable occasion.”
