Cat rescued from tree
FIREFIGHTERS were called in by the RSPCA to rescue a cat which had been chased up a tree in a garden.
The incident happened at New Way in Guiseley and the cat had refused to move for some time.
The RSPCA had been called and they asked for fire service assistance, with a crew from the Shipley station attending. They used a ladder to reach the cat, which was examined and declared healthy by the RPSCA.
