Bradford vicar Jimmy Hinton is inviting his congregation to get on their bikes this Sunday and wheel on down to church for a special Tour De France service.
He regularly arrives for services on his trusty two-wheeler, as does his verger and a few worshippers, but he wants the whole community to make an effort to join them at St Matthew's Church in Carrbottom Road, Bankfoot, at 9.30am.
He said: "Bicycles, skateboards, scooters and zimmer frames anything on wheels counts - I've even had one man ask if he can bring his wheelbarrow!
"The whole service will be bike-themed we've got a couple coming for their wedding bands so we'll be singing Daisy Daisy especially for them!"
People will be able to bring their wheels down the church aisle to the first hymn and park them up at the back during the service when youngsters will also get the chance to decorate their bikes for the occasion.
Bacon butties will be served at the end.
