Police are searching for a missing 13-year-old Bradford boy.

Zia Ul-Mustafa was last seen in the Great Horton Road area of the city by friends at about 6.30pm on Saturday.

His behaviour is out of character and it is thought he might have been in the city centre throughout the night.

He is described as of Asian appearance, 5ft 7ins tall and slim. He was last seen wearing grey jeans, a grey jumper with a black strip across the chest, and trainers. He has recently had his hair cut very short and may have a blue bike.

Detective Inspector Ryan Bragg, of Bradford District CID, said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for Zia’s welfare as he is only 13.

“I would ask Zia or anyone who has seen him to contact us and let us know he is ok.

“If anyone has any information could they please contact West Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote log number 0279 of 08/06/2014.”
