Kitchen on fire
Two fire crews from Bradford and Idle were called to a kitchen fire at a house in Undercliffe today. A man was led to safety from the property in Heath Road by his next door neighbour at around 4.45pm. His wife, the only other occupant at the time of the blaze, was already out of the house. The man was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
A fire investigation team were at the scene to establish the cause.
