Two men of four whom police were searching for following an assault have been arrested.

Officers raided a home on Emm Lane, Heaton, on Sunday, leading some neighbours to believe there had been a firearms or drugs-related incident.

Detective Sergeant Stuart Lyons, of Bradford CID, said police had been looking for four men they wanted to speak to about an assault.

He added: “It was all the result of a low level assault, nothing too significant, but the people we wanted had warning markers which meant we had to make sure the officers we sent were properly equipped.”
