Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday that Rizwan Basharat had been given a 12-month suspended sentence in June 2013, but on March 2 this year he was stopped by police, who recognised him behind the wheel of his car Basharat, 20, of Primary Way, Undercliffe, admitted driving while disqualified.
