The following have been dealt with by Bradford and Keighley magistrates: Shaun Lee Kellett, aged 37, of Crag Road, Windhill; four counts of theft, theft with another, original offences of theft dealt with, jailed for 28 weeks; application to revoke a community order and re-sentence, two counts of commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offences; original offence of failure to surrender to custody dealt with, no separate penalty. Sukhvinder Birk, aged 38, of Wellington Place, Undercliffe; drink-driving, £600 fine, £660 costs, banned from driving for 14 months.

Mohammed Ashraf, aged 60, of Church Green, Manningham; assault, £35 fine, £105 costs.

Peter Ayrey, aged 47, of Halifax Road, Keighley; assault, 12 months’ community order, restraining order made, £20 fine, £75 compensation, £145 costs. Douglas James Dutton, aged 54, of Westgate, Bradford 1; theft, six months’ conditional discharge, £15 costs; commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, no action taken.

Idris Mustapha, aged 23, of Canal Road, Bradford 1; two counts of failure to provide information, £330 fine, £118 costs, licence endorsed.

Marcin Sinicki, aged 36, of Avenham Way, Pollard Park; six counts of failure to provide information, £1,000 fine, £185 costs, banned from driving for six months.

Shabir Rana, aged 36, of Cliffe Road, Undercliffe; failure to stop at red light, £200 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed. Sharon Rooney, aged 35, of Wilmer Road, Heaton; speeding, £200 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed. Robert Liam Fairweather, aged 21, of Mount Avenue, Eccleshill; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of going equipped dealt with, jailed for 20 weeks.

Shamshard Khan, aged 19, of Brunell Court, Undercliffe; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, jailed for ten weeks.

Eli Lau, aged 19, of Prospect close, Windhill; application to revoke a youth rehabilitation order and re-sentence, order revoked; original offence of criminal damage dealt with, 12 months’ community order, 60 hours’ unpaid work. Stephen Andrew Lovric, aged 36, of Green End, Clayton; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, £50 fine. Arshad Ali, aged 40, of Lapage Street, Bradford Moor; original offence of theft dealt with, £110 fine; application to revoke a community order and re-sentence, order revoked.

Kelvin Lockett, aged 21, of Clydesdale Drive, Buttershaw; theft, £100 fine, £170 costs. Leigh Paul Johnson, aged 41, of Tonbridge Close, Buttershaw; dishonestly attempting to make off without payment for goods, dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £145 costs. Ian Quantrill, aged 36, of Nuttall Road, Barkerend; two counts of driving while unfit through drugs, jailed for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, 150 hours’ unpaid work, banned from driving for 29 months, £480 costs.
