Drivers caught breaking the 20 mph speed limit outside Oxenhope Primary School, on Hebden Road, under a police speedwatch initiative, will be sent warning letters by the West Yorkshire force.

More than 90 vehicles passed during the checks and 13 were found to be exceeding the limit, with the highest speed recorded at 30 mph.

Some one somewhere don't wanna fine people in certain areas....justice for all. If I'm wrong then kindly stop fining people full stop

All you get for speeding outside of a school is a slap on the wrist yet in my opinion 30mph in a 20mph outside a school should get you an instant one month ban.
