Fr John Newman blesses the new extension at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School
A Bradford school held a blessing ceremony for its new extension yesterday.
The extension at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Park Lane, Little Horton, links the school’s two main buildings together and serves as the entrance.
Father John Newman conducted the blessing.
Head teacher Catherine Markham said: “The extension makes us more efficient.
“It is safer for the children too. They will no longer have to queue up in the snow for their dinner.”
