The service which helps people start their careers in Bradford has earned praise from Ofsted inspectors.
Skills For Work, operated by Bradford Council, works with adults and young people to improve skills and find work.
A team of five Ofsted inspectors spend three days examining the work it does and have deemed it to be “Good” in all areas.
Areas highlighted by inspectors included the quality of teaching and learning, good success rates for learners who progressed into work and the effectiveness of the service’s leadership and management.
Terry Davis, the Council’s principal manager for employment and skills, said: “The inspectors particularly praised our partnership work, describing our relationships with employers as ‘very productive’.”
