A 39-year-old man, accused of raping and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, was today cleared of all charges.
Mazhar Hussain Shah had pleaded not guilty to one allegation of sexual assault and four of rape, saying the girl had invented the accusations against him.
A jury of six men and six women at Bradford Crown Court found Mr Shah unanimously not guilty of all five charges.
Judge John Potter discharged the defendant, who lived in Bradford at the time but has since moved to Bedford.
